As “Son of Man,” He is renown among His people (Ruth 4:13-14)

There is no greater name in the world than that of Jesus. The Apostle Paul said of Him in Philippians 2:9; “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

The angel in Matthew 1:21 said unto Joseph; “call His name Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins.”

Malachi 1:11 say’s this; "For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts.”
Blessed be the name of the Lord.

But this name is not famous except in (spiritual) Israel. His name is not known except among the Sons of God by election, adoption and regeneration. Jesus said of His people in
Jeremiah 31:34; “ And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”
